Torsos of non-playing pianos

During my journey around Pripyat I also found many non-playing instruments, or literally torsos. Most of them had been pointlessly damaged by human hands. Such was the case for example of the grand piano on the first floor of the School of Music, or the torsos of some other pianos in the House of Art. Despite this, I think these instruments deserve their own track. A central, characteristic sound of this composition is the sound of fingers running across the snapped and rusted strings that do not release any music, or the sound of knocking on the instrument’s body. I also gave rhythm a significant role in this piece.
